The City of the Blessed Name is the central town area of Blasphemous 2 and the third reachable area overall. It notably houses shops, the Father Confessor, the Chamber of the Cobijadas, and Our Lady of the Chalices, who is able to upgrade The Penitent One's health and healing abilities. Also present is the Master Sculptor Montañés, and more ahead his daughter Venerada (who takes his place following the completion of his sculpture). These characters grant The Penitent One access to the Altarpiece of Favours: a collectible system within the game that provides him with various buffs and benefits on his journey.
