800 in the Place the Black Grieving Veil, Torn Bridal Ribbon and the Melted Golden Coins on the plates in front of Altasgracias, in the cave at the bottom of Grievance Ascends and you will get the Egg.
Once you get the egg, continue with the Egg of Altasgracias quest.
