Echoes of Salt is an area connecting the Mountains of the Endless Dusk, Jondo, and the Desecrated Cistern added in The Stir of Dawn DLC. The Penitent One can meet Jibrael here and also obtain a Quicksilver and the Fire Enclosed in Enamel.
It can be accessed via the corridor heading East in Jondo, in the far East of the and it can also be accessed by falling into one of the pits with the linen of golden thread equipped in Mountains of the Endless Dusk, and through a gate that can be opened in the Mea Culpa Shrine in the Desecrated Cistern.
