The Petable One ocasionally visits Albero. It's only purpose is to claim head pats from The Penitent One.
The dog has a small chance (around 10%) to spawn every time the church map is visited, it won't stay permanently on the map.
The dog recovers a bit of vitality every time it is pet.

- On a stream dedicated to the year's anniversary of the game, one of the team members said that this puppy is the prototype of his deceased dog.
- In the game files, the puppy's sprites are called "Nemo", which is probably his name in life.
